About the Role

Are you a driven and engaged Software Engineer who wants to combine hands-on development with end-to-end system responsibility? We are looking for a Software Engineer / System Owner who will both further develop and manage our internally built systems, while also helping shape how we work with software development across the organization.

This is a key role where you will combine technical expertise with ownership, influence, and strategic thinking. You will play an important part in ensuring that our systems are robust, future-proof, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internally built systems, including both new features and long-term maintenance

• Take end-to-end ownership of one or more systems, including technical decisions and long-term roadmap planning

• Work closely with business stakeholders on requirements management and prioritization

• Translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions

• Drive continuous improvements in development processes, tools, and ways of working

• Contribute to architectural decisions and overall system design

• Act as a technical point of contact for your systems across the organization

Qualifications & Experience

We see it as a strong advantage if you have:

• Experience in requirements management in close collaboration with business and end users

• Solid background in system architecture and software design

• Strong Java programming skills

• Experience from the aerospace industry or other regulated environments

• Previous experience in project management, technical leadership, or leading roles in development projects
