SAP S/4HANA DMS Consultant

We are currently looking for a SAP S/4HANA DMS Consultant to support a critical SAP S/4HANA implementation within a highly regulated environment. This role focuses on Document Management System (DMS) implementation, integration, and optimization as part of a broader ERP transformation program.

🧩 Role Overview

As a SAP S/4HANA DMS Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and configuring SAP DMS solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, own functional requirements, configure the system, perform testing, and support key users through training and documentation.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and own business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

  • Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA DMS and document structures

  • Integrate SAP DMS with core SAP S/4HANA modules

  • Perform system configuration within agreed scope

  • Test, document, and validate the solution

  • Train key users and provide functional support

  • Work with:

    • Document structures & version management

    • Document search, distribution & vaulting

    • Integrated viewer & status management

    • Document workflows & conversions

  • Configure SAP workflows and integrate DMS with MM, QM, and PM

  • Support SAP Knowledge Management, Content Server, metadata search, enterprise search, and security configuration

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA DMS implementation

  • Strong experience in SAP workflow configuration

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Document Management

  • Experience integrating SAP DMS with other SAP modules

  • Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written) – mandatory

  • Must have lived and worked in Sweden for more than 5 years

  • Strong understanding of IT security and compliance requirements

  • Ability to work independently and document solutions clearly

  • Language - Swedish Mandatory

⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with SER Doxis4

  • Experience with SAP ECTR

  • Knowledge of SAP PLM Cloud

  • Experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or other ERP modules using DMS
