 Senior Dynamics 365 Engineer – Sales & Marketing

Location: Solna (Stockholm) | Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and integrate Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales and Marketing, working closely with stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable, high-quality systems.

What you will do

  • Design and develop solutions in Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing

  • Build and maintain backend services, integrations, and custom plugins

  • Translate business requirements into technical execution plans

  • Ensure system quality, stability, and scalability through continuous improvement

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer / Engineer / Solution Architect

  • Strong understanding of CRM functionality

  • Solid background in C#, .NET, Power Platform

  • Hands-on experience with custom plugins, workflows, and backend logic

  • Integration experience (REST APIs, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, etc.)

  • Excellent communication skills – English required, Swedish is a plus
