We are looking for a Senior IAM / Omada Identity Specialist to support Vattenfall in strengthening and optimizing their Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role combining architecture, development, and configuration expertise within Omada Identity. You will work closely with architects and operations teams to design, implement, enhance, and harden Omada-based solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

🚀 Your Responsibilities

• Design and establish target & transition IAM architectures

• Configure and enhance Omada Identity modules (roles, policies, workflows, lifecycle)

• Architect and implement the Omada SAP Connector

• Develop and maintain connectors for AD / Entra ID and enterprise systems

• Implement provisioning, synchronization, reconciliation & recertification processes

• Configure request/approval workflows, forms, and attribute mappings

• Troubleshoot operational issues (job failures, logs, provisioning errors)

• Optimize Omada performance (application & MS SQL backend)

• Apply platform hardening and governance best practices (Least Privilege, SoD)

• Deliver documentation, runbooks, and structured handover to operations

• Work within ITSM change & release processes

✅ Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Omada Identity (implementation & configuration)

• Experience with SAP Connector architecture & implementation

• Integration design for AD / Entra ID and enterprise systems

• Workflow, approval, and recertification configuration

• Strong understanding of provisioning concepts & identity lifecycle (JML)

• Experience troubleshooting Omada jobs, logs, and sync issues

• MS SQL Server knowledge in Omada environments

• Security governance knowledge (SoD, auditability, least privilege)

• Fluent English
