Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager / Regional Manager to drive business initiatives, governance, and operational excellence within Financial Services across multiple markets. This role combines project leadership, regional coordination, and business performance management in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end projects and initiatives aligned with business strategy and roadmap

• Develop business cases and support prioritization of key initiatives

• Ensure structured governance, reporting, and project management practices

• Coordinate and communicate across internal teams and external stakeholders

• Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for Financial Services topics in assigned markets

• Drive and maintain governance structures across regions

• Monitor and improve retail finance performance through data-driven initiatives

• Manage customer care cases, legal/compliance requests, and digital initiatives

• Support cross-market alignment and collaboration

Core Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management and/or Portfolio Management

  • Planning, steering, reporting, and governance

• Experience in leading teams or coordinating cross-functional stakeholders

• Strong business mindset with commercial awareness

• Solid experience in stakeholder management and change management

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Action-oriented and solution-driven approach

• Good understanding of digital solutions and implementations

• Demonstrated experience in operational excellence and process improvement

• Background in Automotive and/or Financial Services
