We are looking for an experienced Industrialization Project Manager (Lead Level) to drive manufacturing readiness and industrialization of product development projects within cab and vehicle assembly operations.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional manufacturing teams and ensure that production systems, processes, and facilities are fully prepared for successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing project teams across multiple functions:

  • Technical preparation

  • Logistics

  • Production plants

  • Quality

• Drive and define manufacturing requirements and strategies in product development projects

• Ensure alignment with scope, budget, and timeline

• Manage end-to-end industrialization process from pre-study to production readiness

• Prepare manufacturing systems for product changes and new launches

• Develop and maintain project time plans ensuring plant readiness

• Ensure all quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved

• Manage project costs, including R&D and investment budgets

• Coordinate and participate in:

  • Investigations

  • Pre-studies

  • Cross-functional decision forums

• Ensure high-quality project documentation, including:

  • Risk analysis

  • Project descriptions

  • Prerequisites

• Drive progress and challenge stakeholders to meet project milestones

• Support decision-making by providing clear recommendations and project insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

  • Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar)

• 8+ years of experience in:

  • Project management

  • Manufacturing / industrialization

• Proven experience in:

  • Leading complex cross-functional projects

  • Managing end-to-end product industrialization
