We’re currently looking for an experienced Verification Engineer (Level 3) for an exciting long-term assignment based in Jonsered, Sweden. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on testing combined with analytical problem-solving in a collaborative R&D environment.

🔧 About the Role
You will work within a skilled Test & Verification team, focusing on product testing, evaluation, and improvement across different development stages. The role involves both practical testing and deeper analysis, contributing to high-quality product delivery.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate product verification tests

• Analyze specifications and break down requirements for testing

• Document and report results with clear, data-driven recommendations

• Contribute to go/no-go decisions and risk assessments

• Improve test methods and support continuous improvement

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

✅ We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electronics, or similar experience

• Is fluent in Swedish and English (required)

• Enjoys hands-on testing combined with data analysis

• Is structured, proactive, and solution-oriented

• Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Testing of gearboxes, motors, or PLC systems

• Experience in lab environments or construction-related testing
