Senior Brand Assets Management
Job Description:
The role drives, manages, and supports execution of a distinct and consistent core brand Exterior exposure, according to the defined brand identity & experience direction. This by e.g., developing, managing and executing the brand master signage program and related processes, providing brand principles and examples including related advice to different organizations, projects, levels, and regions.
Scope and influence
The role spans across all organizations carrying and building the brand (GF/TD/BA+ dealer/retail network) and all touchpoints and interfaces between the brand and its customer/stakeholders with focus on exterior expressions.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
• Maintain, develop, and execute the Brand Master Signage Program (MSP)
• Secure efficient communication and processes related to MSP execution world-wide
• Support and execute supplier validations, signing and relationship management related to the MSP execution worldwide
• Actively support facility development and/or refurbishment initiatives initiated at different organizations world-wide and/or driven by

PERSONAL PROFILE
Required educational and/or training qualifications and certificates
Minimum marketing degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Required experience and knowledge
• Customer and business-oriented mind-set
• Experience from exterior design development and implementation
• Experienced project manager with proven successful deliveries and results
• Experience of brand management
• Holistic view, creative with artistic feel
• Driven and results oriented, proactive, and self-managing
• Collaborative with excellent and proven communication, relationship-building and networking skills (internal / external)
Required technical, functional and language skills
• English proficiency, spoken and written
• Digital capability – understanding, learning, applying
