We are currently looking for a Senior Feature Leader within Measurement Technology for a long-term assignment based in Gothenburg, Sweden. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with a hands-on approach to measurement systems and continuous improvement.

🔧 About the Role
You will act as a key technical resource, supporting commissioning, troubleshooting, and development of measurement systems used in test cells and vehicle applications. The role also involves close collaboration with suppliers and contributing to method development.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Measurement Systems

• Work with emission, particle, and mass flow measurement systems

• Support ISO 17025 related activities

• Support installation, commissioning, and readiness of measurement equipment

• Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, and signal chains

Method Development & Analysis

• Develop and improve measurement methods and test practices

• Create clear instructions and user manuals

• Evaluate measurement technologies and suppliers

Supplier & Technical Interface

• Act as technical contact towards suppliers and support organizations

• Drive issue resolution and follow up on implemented solutions

• Ensure availability and understanding of technical documentation

✅ We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or similar

• Is fluent in Swedish and English

• Has solid understanding of measurement techniques and calibration

• Enjoys hands-on work with instruments in test environments (lab/vehicle)

• Is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented

• Experience in ISO 17025 accredited laboratories

• Programming skills (e.g., Python)
