About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong Medallia platform expertise to join a Customer Experience (CX) team within the Customer Relationship Management domain.

In this role, you will take ownership of a large-scale customer feedback and survey platform, ensuring its stability, scalability, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in enhancing customer insights and driving data-driven decision-making through the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize the Medallia platform used for customer feedback and surveys

• Drive development and implementation of new features and enhancements

• Ensure platform performance, reliability, and scalability

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand CX needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Improve data collection, reporting, and customer insight generation

• Troubleshoot issues and provide continuous improvements to the platform

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within CRM and Customer Experience

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with the Medallia platform

• Medallia Admin Certification (mandatory)

• Medallia Product Certification (mandatory)

• Strong experience in customer feedback / survey systems

• Experience working in CRM / Customer Experience environments

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
