We’re looking for an expert-level professional to lead the development of advanced product solutions within a highly collaborative engineering environment.

About the Role
In this position, you will take full ownership of product architecture and lead the development of complete solutions across a defined product range. You’ll play a key role in aligning technical decisions with business strategy, ensuring long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of product architecture solutions

• Define and drive product roadmaps across a dedicated product range

• Oversee product strategy, including:

  • Sales strategy

  • Manufacturing strategy

  • Platform development

  • Service and aftermarket strategy

• Act as a subject matter expert for complex technical challenges

• Contribute to industry-aligned strategies and innovation initiatives

• Support and guide vehicle system simulations

• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and growth

Who You Are

• 10+ years of experience in product development, system engineering, or product architecture

• Proven experience leading complex technical projects

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, platform strategies, and system integration

• Recognized expert in your field with a problem-solving mindset

• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders

• A natural mentor and go-to person for technical guidance

• Experience with simulation-driven development is a plus
