We are looking for experienced Wiring Harness Design Engineers to support early-phase vehicle development programs. This role focuses on electrical design of wiring harness systems for vehicles prior to series production.

You will work hands-on with cabling design, ensuring high-quality and production-ready solutions in collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop wiring harness (cabling) systems in early vehicle development phases

• Create and modify electrical schematics and 3D harness routing

• Work with connectors, contactors, and wiring components

• Perform design and packaging of harness systems within vehicle architecture

• Ensure designs meet functional, manufacturing, and quality requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers

• Deliver high-quality designs independently with minimal supervision

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in wiring harness design (automotive)

• Hands-on expertise in:

  • CATIA V5 (Electrical / Harness Design)

  • 3D PIM (3D Product Information Management)

  • TCIS

  • Teamcenter

• Experience with:

  • Connectors and contactors

  • Harness routing and packaging

  • Electrical system design

• Proven ability to work independently (senior-level)

• Experience in early development phases (pre-production vehicles)
