We are looking for a Customer Co-Creation Specialist to support customer-centric development initiatives by actively involving users in the product and service design process.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer insights are effectively translated into innovative and user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate customer co-creation activities, workshops, and feedback sessions

• Engage with end-users to gather insights, needs, and pain points

• Translate customer input into actionable requirements and concepts

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate user feedback into development

• Support ideation and concept development aligned with customer expectations

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer-centric decisions

• Contribute to improving processes related to customer involvement and innovation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in:

  • Customer experience (CX)

  • Co-creation / design thinking / user research

  • Product or service development environments

• Strong ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions

• Experience in requirements gathering and translating user needs into solutions

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer insights

Preferred (Meritorious) Experience

• Background in:

  • Automotive, mobility, or technology-driven industries

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Familiarity with tools and methods related to:

  • Design thinking

  • User journey mapping

  • Customer research
