Automotive Rig Test Engineers (2 Positions – Mid-Level & Experienced)
Overview
We are currently looking for 2 Automotive Rig Test Engineers to join a fast-paced development environment. These roles focus on rig-based testing within V4–V5 environments, supporting validation and verification of complex automotive systems.
Position 1: Experienced Rig Tester (≈5 years)
Key Responsibilities
Perform rig-based testing in automotive environments (V4–V5)
Plan, structure, and execute testing activities with minimal supervision
Take ownership of Node-level testing, with potential to grow into Function-level responsibility
Drive test strategy, identify gaps, and propose improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with development and integration teams
Requirements
~5 years of experience in automotive testing (rig/bench)
Strong experience working in V4–V5 environments
Ability to plan, lead, and structure testing activities independently
High level of initiative and ownership mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Structured and methodical way of working
Nice to Have
Experience with Node or Function ownership
Understanding of system behavior and integration
Experience with automotive tools (e.g., CAN, diagnostics, logging)
Position 2: Mid-Level Rig Tester (2–5 years)
Key Responsibilities
Execute rig testing activities in V4–V5 environments
Support test planning and contribute to structured test execution
Work closely with senior testers and engineers
Analyze results and report defects clearly
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in automotive testing
Experience or exposure to rig/bench testing (preferred)
Structured and reliable working style
Basic understanding of hardware systems (strong advantage)
Nice to Have
Experience in functional testing or logical design
Exposure to automotive communication protocols or diagnostic tools
Personal Profile (Both Roles)
Self-driven with strong initiative
Structured, organized, and detail-oriented
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and grow within automotive testing domain
