We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Concept Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team focused on Chassis & Vehicle Dynamics.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of next-generation vehicle platform concepts, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance, integration, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of current and future chassis platform concepts

• Collaborate with chassis and vehicle dynamics teams to align suspension system performance

• Represent chassis and suspension systems in packaging and project meetings

• Create and update CAD models (CATIA V5) with focus on industrialization

• Build and analyze kinematic models for package studies

• Perform Kinematics & Compliance (K&C) analysis for suspension systems

• Manage and maintain engineering data in TeamCenter

• Coordinate with suppliers in performance-focused projects

• Support technical project leadership across:

  • Timing

  • Sourcing

  • Quality

  • Product development

  • Homologation

• Manage and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM)

• Contribute to development of steering systems

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Automotive Engineering

  • Mechatronics

• 10+ years experience in Chassis System Development

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Suspension system layouts

  • Vehicle dynamics

  • Kinematics & compliance analysis

• Experience with:

  • CATIA V5 (Solid & Surface)

  • TeamCenter (Author level)

  • Adams / Kinematics tools

• Experience in:

  • BOM management and weight optimization

  • Supplier coordination

  • Technical project management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-performance or motorsport projects

• Exposure to global automotive platforms

• Familiarity with multi-cultural engineering environments
