We are looking for a skilled CI Software Developer to join a fast-paced and innovative Connected Experience organization focused on delivering high-quality embedded software solutions for next-generation connected products.

In this role, you will develop and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) infrastructure and tooling that support software delivery for embedded systems, including infotainment, displays, audio, and connectivity solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to improve automation, reliability, and developer productivity in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD infrastructure and automation pipelines

• Design and optimize workflows for continuous integration and software quality assurance

• Support embedded software delivery through scalable CI capabilities

• Work with containerized environments and modern DevOps practices

• Implement and maintain automation solutions using Python

• Apply AI/LLM technologies to improve developer productivity, code quality, and CI/CD processes

• Collaborate with software developers, testers, and DevOps engineers in agile teams

• Monitor and troubleshoot CI environments to ensure stability and reliability

• Contribute to process improvements and continuous optimization initiatives

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Experience & Technical Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and/or CI development

• Strong Python programming skills

• Experience with AI/LLM-based solutions in software engineering workflows

• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized workflows

• Strong Linux knowledge and practical experience

• Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Meritorious Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes

• Experience with Microsoft Azure environments

• Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK Stack and Grafana

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB

• Experience with Ansible

• Swedish language skills

• Experience from the automotive industry
