EU Product Owner ADAS
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused EU Product Owner – ADAS to join an innovative automotive development environment. In this role, you will drive the development and continuous improvement of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) features by combining customer insights, vehicle testing results, market intelligence, and regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with engineering, QA, product management, and customer-facing teams to ensure ADAS solutions deliver strong customer value, high quality, and compliance with EU market expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify feature gaps and performance limitations through real-world vehicle testing
Translate testing insights into product requirements, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Define customer-relevant ADAS use cases and driving scenarios focused on EU regulations, infrastructure, and driving behavior
Conduct customer interviews and field studies to understand user expectations and pain points
Convert customer insights into actionable product recommendations and feature improvements
Perform market analysis and competitive benchmarking within the ADAS landscape
Collaborate with QA teams to define validation methods, test scope, and acceptance criteria
Coordinate and align requirements between engineering, QA, product, and customer-facing stakeholders
Monitor ADAS technology trends, NCAP developments, homologation requirements, and industry best practices
Support roadmap planning activities based on customer value, feature maturity, and validation status
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience, preferably within automotive or technology industries
Strong understanding of ADAS technologies and the automotive competitive landscape
Experience with feature development and requirement management
Experience with vehicle testing, data analysis, and KPI-driven feature evaluation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Customer-centric mindset with strong focus on user value and experience
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams
Must have lived in the EU for the last 10 years
Fluent Chinese language skills are mandatory
Valid Swedish driving license (Category B) is mandatory
