🚀 Hiring: Manufacturing Engineer / Project Leader

💼 Experience: 2–5 Years

We are currently looking for a driven and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer / Project Leader for an exciting assignment within advanced production and manufacturing engineering.

This is a combined role for someone who enjoys both leading projects and working closely with production operations. You should be comfortable taking ownership, creating structure, and driving improvements while also being involved in day-to-day production activities.

🔧 Responsibilities:
• Lead and drive projects related to production and process development
• Planning, costing, negotiations, procurement, and installation activities
• Create, develop, and update work instructions and production standards
• Analyze and improve assembly processes, including time studies and line balancing
• Conduct risk assessments and follow quality control procedures
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN principles
• Implement new methods, technologies, and ways of working in production
• Work with FMEA and corrective action management

✅ Required Skills & Experience:
• 2–5 years of experience in production engineering and project management
• Experience working in manufacturing/production environments
• Strong understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles
• Experience with process improvement and optimization
• Knowledge of FMEA and risk assessment methodologies
• Experience with production planning, procurement, and installation activities
• Ability to create and maintain work instructions and standards
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to balance strategic overview with attention to detail
• Self-driven with a proactive approach
• Comfortable working both on the production floor and in project meetings
• Fluent Swedish communication skills (spoken and written required)
