Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage customer sales orders to ensure timely deliveries
• Coordinate with production units, warehouses, sales teams, and supply chain stakeholders globally
• Monitor and manage order flows, delivery changes, returns, and operational deviations
• Proactively communicate updates and solutions to internal and external stakeholders
• Drive corrective actions to improve delivery precision and customer satisfaction
• Analyze operational KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Handle complex order cases and support efficient supply chain operations
• Collaborate across logistics, planning, and operational teams to improve processes and workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience in logistics, order planning, supply chain, or operations management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in global and cross-functional environments
• Customer-focused mindset with proactive working approach
• Experience with process improvement and operational optimization initiatives
• University degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent
