We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) sales and service initiatives within a fast-growing electrification and energy solutions environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Sales & Service organization in product and service development projects from initiation to launch.

• Coordinate and secure deliveries from Sales & Service teams including:

  • business prerequisites

  • use cases

  • personas

  • resource and timeline planning

  • pilot customer activities

  • sales enablement materials

• Lead geographical market expansion projects and ensure organizational readiness for market entry.

• Drive collaboration across multiple functions including:

  • Finance

  • Legal

  • Product Management

  • Product IT

  • Sales

  • Service & Aftermarket

  • Logistics

  • Marketing

• Act as the central coordination point for project governance, progress tracking, risk management, and escalation handling.

• Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, timeline, quality, and business objectives.

• Support leadership with transparency, reporting, and decision-making materials.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within commercial, industrial, energy, or technology organizations.

• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams in international environments.

• Experience with BESS, electrification, energy infrastructure, EV charging, renewable energy, or related technologies is highly preferred.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and operational delivery.

• Ability to work independently in rapidly changing business environments.

• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in energy systems, electrification, battery technologies, or infrastructure projects.

• Experience working with product development or market expansion initiatives.

• Project management certification is a plus.
