PMO Specialist – OneERP Program
The OneERP PMO organization is looking to strengthen the team by adding a PMO Specialist to support program delivery activities as well as selected cross-functional initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with program managers, stakeholders, and the Head of PMO to ensure effective coordination, reporting, planning, and risk management across enterprise IT programs. You will play a key role in supporting governance processes, tracking project progress, and driving structured program management activities.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated PMO support for one or more enterprise programs.
Create, maintain, and update reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
Track and follow up on key actions, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
Support planning, coordination, and risk management activities across programs.
Assist in governance and reporting activities for program stakeholders and leadership.
Support the Head of PMO with ad hoc tasks and cross-functional initiatives.
Ensure project data and reporting accuracy within Jira or similar project management tools.
Contribute to continuous improvements of PMO processes, templates, and ways of working.
Required Skills & Experience
Essential Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience working on enterprise IT projects, preferably within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment.
Hands-on experience using Jira or similar project and task management systems.
Strong MS Office skills, particularly in:
Excel
PowerPoint
Word
Reporting and documentation
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within Swedish E.ON organizations.
Knowledge or experience with SAP S/4HANA projects or ERP transformations.
Swedish and/or German language skills are considered an advantage.
