We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join a global, cross-functional, agile web team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with developers, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to create user-centered digital solutions in a complex B2B and industrial environment.

You will work across the full UX process — from research and concept development to prototyping and delivery — balancing strategic thinking with hands-on design execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research activities to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

• Translate research insights into concepts, user flows, and intuitive digital experiences.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.

• Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and design sprints with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business teams in Agile environments.

• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and evolution of design systems.

• Ensure accessibility and usability standards are incorporated into design solutions.

• Support continuous improvement of design processes, workflows, and user experiences.

• Work with headless CMS platforms and support digital/eCommerce experiences when needed.

• Utilize AI tools to improve research synthesis, ideation, content creation, and design workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer.

• Strong end-to-end UX design experience including:

  • User research

  • Concept development

  • Prototyping

  • Delivery

• Proven hands-on experience planning and conducting user research.

• Strong prototyping skills from wireframes to high-fidelity UI in Figma.

• Experience facilitating:

  • Workshops

  • Design sprints

  • Ideation sessions

• Experience working with and maintaining design systems.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in Agile cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience with:

  • WCAG accessibility implementation

  • Sustainable and accessible design practices

  • AI tools for design and research workflows

  • Front-end development understanding

  • Headless CMS platforms such as Kontent.ai

  • B2B eCommerce solutions

  • Industrial or manufacturing domain environments

• Familiarity with design-to-code collaboration processes.
