Technical Analyst (Level 4) – Digital Analytics & CRO

About the Assignment
We are looking for an experienced Digital Analyst for a long-term consulting assignment within a Product Analytics team. The role is focused on developing and optimizing digital customer experiences across web and mobile applications, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce, digital marketing, and conversion optimization.
You will work within a central analytics organization collaborating closely with multiple product and development teams to enable data-driven product and business development. The assignment requires solid expertise in digital analytics, e-commerce or digital products, and the ability to independently drive analytics initiatives within a complex organization.
Responsibilities
Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives and customer flow analysis
Own analysis of A/B tests from hypothesis definition to impact evaluation
Perform ad hoc analysis of user behavior across web and mobile applications
Identify improvement opportunities and analyze customer journeys across multiple digital platforms
Ensure data quality through validation, troubleshooting, and requirement setting
Support product teams and business stakeholders with data-driven insights and recommendations
Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
Environment & Collaboration
The analytics ecosystem is primarily based on Google platforms with integrations toward BigQuery and modern cloud-based data platforms. You will collaborate closely with product management, UX/design teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
The assignment can largely be performed remotely, though occasional onsite presence in the Stockholm area may be required.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Digital Analyst
Strong SQL skills
Hands-on experience with BigQuery
Experience with Google Analytics
Experience with Google Tag Manager (including server-side templates)
Experience with Data Studio / Looker Studio and data visualization
Experience with Hotjar

Google Search Console
Experience with A/B testing tools such as VWO
Experience within retail media or digital advertising
Looker or other self-service analytics/reporting tools
