We are seeking an experienced Project Support Consultant to support the implementation of an Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) solution as part of a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

The assignment involves supporting project management teams during the transition to new project management processes and tools. The consultant will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to ensure successful adoption of EPPM and effective management of a large portfolio of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Project Support and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for EPPM-related activities.

• Support the implementation and adoption of EPPM processes and tools.

• Develop presentations, reports, and communication materials for management and project teams.

• Coordinate communication and information sharing between stakeholders.

• Prepare test documentation, test scenarios, and test execution material for EPPM validation activities.

• Coordinate and secure resources required for testing activities and test cycles.

• Support project managers throughout implementation and change adoption activities.

• Monitor project progress and assist with planning, scheduling, and reporting activities.

• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure governance requirements are fulfilled.

• Support change management initiatives and user adoption activities.

• Assist in identifying risks, issues, and improvement opportunities throughout the implementation.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:

  • Business Administration

  • Information Systems

  • Project Management

  • Engineering

  • System Technology

  • Or equivalent relevant discipline

Experience

• Proven experience in project coordination, project support, or project management roles.

• Experience working within large transformation or implementation programs.

• Experience supporting project governance, planning, reporting, and administration.

• Experience producing management presentations and project communication material.
