We are looking for an experienced Business Controller to join a dynamic finance organization and act as a trusted business partner to management teams. In this role, you will support strategic and operational decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, performance management, and business controlling activities.

The ideal candidate is a proactive finance professional with strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive business performance and value creation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and management teams to drive financial and operational performance.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

• Analyze financial and operational results, identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Develop and maintain financial performance indicators, reporting frameworks, and business metrics.

• Provide recommendations and corrective actions based on financial and operational performance analysis.

• Support investment evaluations, business cases, and profitability assessments.

• Drive working capital management and cost optimization initiatives.

• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

• Participate in financial review meetings and provide insights to key stakeholders.

• Deliver ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic and tactical business decisions.

• Lead complex projects and end-to-end finance processes with minimal supervision.

• Coach and support junior team members when required.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of finance policies, processes, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance Business Partnering, or related finance functions.

• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance management.

• Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large international or matrix organizations.

• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, or similar ERP and reporting tools.

• Experience in technology, engineering, manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments.
