We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Creative Developer to join our Digital & Interaction team. This is a cross-functional environment where curiosity, innovation, and collaboration are at the core of everything we do.

You will play a key role in shaping the future of mobility by designing and developing next-generation digital user experiences across automotive platforms. Working closely with UX/UI designers and engineering teams, you will bring concepts to life through interactive prototypes and immersive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive user interface concepts for current and future automotive experiences.

• Create high-fidelity prototypes for testing, validation, and demonstration.

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to iterate and refine user experiences.

• Develop and evaluate multi-modal HMI concepts across digital and physical touchpoints (infotainment, driver display, telematics).

• Work with Unity, Figma, and Blender to build engaging and realistic experiences.

• Adapt to new tools, technologies, and hardware/software environments including middleware and scripting.

• Apply systems thinking to create seamless and intuitive user journeys.

• Support user testing, validation, and documentation of design concepts.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Unity development.

• Proficiency in Blender for 3D content creation.

• Experience in building interactive digital content and prototypes.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and usability.

• Experience in user testing methodologies and creating test protocols.

• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, interactive prototypes, and 3D content.

• Bachelor’s degree in:

  • Interaction Design

  • Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)

  • Human Factors

  • Or a related field

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience working with Head-Up Display (HUD) interfaces.

• Exposure to automotive HMI systems.

• Familiarity with scripting and middleware tools.
