Brand Identity Manager
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Brand Identity Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping and maintaining our brand across all touchpoints. Working closely with the Head of Brand and Creative, you will ensure consistency, clarity, and impact in how the brand is expressed internally and externally.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in brand management, design, and marketing, who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Head of Brand and Creative to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive brand identity, including visual elements, messaging, tone of voice, and brand values.
Own and manage the brand portal as the single source of truth for brand guidelines and assets.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all internal and external touchpoints.
Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, communications, product) to align all outputs with brand standards.
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on brand identity and best practices.
Support the creation and production of brand assets such as logos, typography, color palettes, imagery, and visual elements.
Conduct regular brand audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and best practices in branding and design.
Lead and manage brand-related projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to support brand initiatives.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
Several years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in a creative environment.
Strong project management experience.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of brand identity, visual design, and communication principles.
Knowledge of sustainability and new-age mobility is a plus.
Fluent in English; proficiency in a local European language is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Software & Tools
Experience working with brand portals and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms (e.g., Frontify or similar).
Proficiency in design tools for reviewing and producing brand assets.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
Ability to structure and manage digital asset libraries for internal and external use.
