We are currently looking for a Learning Solution Management Professional to support the development, localization, and delivery of learning solutions that enable business success and workforce development.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external partners to identify learning needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and drive training initiatives from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage learning and training solution projects end-to-end
• Adapt and localize training materials and learning packages
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and learning needs
• Coordinate with internal experts and external suppliers to deliver effective learning solutions
• Plan, organize, and execute training programs
• Support sourcing and management of external learning providers
• Drive continuous improvement of learning offerings and processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Management, Talent Development, HR Development, or related areas
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in learning needs analysis and training coordination
• Ability to recommend and implement learning solutions aligned to business objectives
• Experience working with external vendors and training providers
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
