Issue Resolution Engineer

Description of the Assignment

An Issue Resolution Engineer is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues that arise in various vehicle programs during testing.

The role involves a structured approach to addressing issues, ensuring they are properly documented, analyzed, and resolved.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze issues using various techniques and tools to determine root causes.

• Implement sustainable solutions and prevent recurring issues.

• Evaluate, select, and implement solutions, as well as verify and validate the results.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, and Engineering, to identify and implement permanent fixes.

• Contribute to the implementation of agreed verification plans and test activities.

• Report test progress to the Test Leader and Project Team.

• Identify and escalate verification risks to management when required.

• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and participate in initiatives that increase effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.

• Mandatory: Mandarin (Chinese) speaking and writing proficiency.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive embedded systems development.

• Verification experience within automotive testing or system development.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong test analysis skills.

• Valid Swedish driving license.
