Agile Coach (Principal)

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to partner with business leaders and support enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives. In this role, you will guide leaders, teams, and stakeholders in adopting Agile principles, fostering continuous improvement, and creating a strong coaching culture.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support Agile transformation initiatives
• Coach leaders, teams, and stakeholders on Agile ways of working
• Drive continuous improvement and organizational agility
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and retrospectives
• Promote a culture of collaboration, feedback, and learning
• Support scaling Agile practices across multiple teams

Required Skills:
• Extensive experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Transformation Lead
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
• Experience coaching leaders and cross-functional teams
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and continuous improvement
