Learning Delivery Lead
We are looking for an experienced Learning Delivery Lead to drive the successful planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will ensure that learning programs are delivered efficiently, meet business objectives, and provide an engaging learning experience for employees.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, learning designers, facilitators, vendors, and HR teams to manage the end-to-end delivery of training programs while continuously improving learning operations and learner experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, scheduling, and delivery of learning and development programs.
Coordinate with business leaders, subject matter experts, facilitators, and external training providers.
Ensure seamless execution of instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
Manage learning calendars, logistics, communications, and learner enrollment.
Monitor learning delivery quality and learner satisfaction.
Track program participation, completion rates, and learning effectiveness.
Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration and reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve learning delivery processes and operational efficiency.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
Ensure compliance with organizational learning standards and policies.
Support change management and organizational capability-building initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Operations, or Training Delivery.
Experience managing end-to-end learning delivery programs.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital learning platforms and virtual learning technologies.
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
Experience managing external learning vendors.
Familiarity with Agile project delivery and change management.
Experience within multinational or global organizations.
