Adaptation Engineer Lead
đźš› We're Hiring: Lead Adaptation Engineer
Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for product adaptation, technical problem-solving, and customer-focused engineering solutions?
In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and developing customer-specific adaptations for existing products, components, and assemblies while working closely with Sales & Marketing, engineering teams, and production to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
âś” Evaluate customer adaptation requests and assess technical feasibility
âś” Define development scope, costs, and production lead times
âś” Design and develop customer-specific product adaptations
âś” Prepare and maintain technical documentation
âś” Lead complex engineering projects and end-to-end adaptation processes
âś” Coach and support junior engineers while contributing technical expertise
âś” Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
We're Looking For
8+ years of experience in Adaptation Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
Strong experience managing complex technical projects
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams
Ability to work independently while providing technical leadership and coaching
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
