Lead Product Development Project Manager – Control & Electrical Systems (ICE)

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Control & Electrical Systems for Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) applications? Do you enjoy leading complex engineering projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative powertrain solutions?

We're looking for a Lead Product Development Project Manager to join a global engineering team in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Your Responsibilities

✔ Lead Control & Electrical System sub-projects for ICE applications

✔ Drive technical planning, execution, and delivery of project milestones

✔ Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful project execution

✔ Work closely with system engineers, software, hardware, testing, and manufacturing teams

✔ Manage project scope, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communication

✔ Support system development activities within Powertrain Control

✔ Ensure high-quality technical delivery aligned with customer and business requirements

We're Looking For

✔ 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Development, or Systems Engineering

✔ Strong experience within Control Systems and Electrical Systems for Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) applications

✔ Proven experience leading complex engineering projects in the automotive industry

✔ Good understanding of Powertrain Control Systems

✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✔ Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and drive projects independently

✔ Experience working in global engineering organizations is highly valued
