Parts Engineer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Engineer to join our Aftermarket Parts team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing spare parts solutions that support the lifecycle of construction equipment. You will collaborate with regional teams, engineering, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate spare parts information, timely support, and continuous improvements to our parts catalog and aftermarket services.

Key Responsibilities
Spare Parts Management
Create, update, modify, and remove spare parts in the parts catalog.
Develop optimized spare parts solutions that support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Perform spare parts assessments, supersession management, and lifecycle updates.
Ensure spare parts data is accurate and released with high quality for downstream systems.
Technical Support
Provide timely technical support to regional teams and internal stakeholders through the case handling system.
Handle multiple technical requests while ensuring excellent customer service.
Interpret customer needs and recommend appropriate spare parts solutions.
Support a broad range of construction equipment products and machine models.
Continuous Improvement
Analyze customer and market feedback to identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
Collaborate with engineering, product development, and quality teams to drive continuous improvements.
Contribute to the enhancement of global aftermarket processes, tools, and documentation.
Apply Lean principles to improve operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regional Support teams.
Share technical knowledge and best practices across the organization.
Support product maintainability and uptime by ensuring optimized spare parts availability.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Equivalent technical experience will also be considered.
