About the Role

We are looking for a Test Engineer / Team Leader – Exhaust Aftertreatment Systems (typically requiring 2–5 years of relevant experience) to join a highly skilled engineering team. In this role, you will design and verify exhaust aftertreatment systems to ensure compliance with global emission legislations for ICE engines powered by diesel and alternative fuels.

Key Responsibilities

• Together with the component engineers in the team, plan the necessary testing of different exhaust aftertreatment systems in the engine laboratory.

• Perform and supervise the planned tests.

• Evaluate test results and document the work in engineering reports.

• Present conclusions to the team and project stakeholders.

• Propose solutions and, where necessary, recommend further testing to provide a solid basis for decision-making.

• Continuously review and improve methods and tools.

• Take on the Team Leader role for the EATS Test Engineers.
