We are looking for a Test Rig Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic engineering team responsible for maintaining and optimizing test facilities. If you have experience in equipment maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and ensuring the reliability of test systems, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the continuous availability, reliability, and safe operation of test facility equipment.

• Perform calibration of measurement devices and report any deviations or non-conformities.

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on test rigs, instrumentation, and facility equipment.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair both simple and complex electrical and mechanical devices.

• Manage spare parts procurement, inventory, and storage for test cell instrumentation.

• Inspect, test, and verify the functionality of safety systems and equipment.

• Calibrate emissions measurement equipment and support software-based measurement systems.

• Coordinate with external suppliers for equipment servicing, repairs, and refurbishment.

• Analyze equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate maintenance and calibration records while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in maintenance, calibration, or test facility operations.

• Practical technical knowledge gained through education and hands-on industry experience.

• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of test equipment.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of responsibilities.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Soldering experience is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test rigs, instrumentation, or laboratory equipment.

• Knowledge of emissions measurement systems and calibration processes.

• Familiarity with safety standards and equipment inspections.

• Experience working with external vendors and repair coordination.
