About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused ADAS EU Feature Engineer to strengthen our engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in securing the successful launch of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) into the European market.

Your primary focus will be on Level 2 (L2) ADAS functionalities, while also working cross-functionally to support a wide range of ADAS features across multiple vehicle brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather insights from benchmarking activities, performance issues, and market needs to define new functional requirements for development teams and suppliers.

• Verify ADAS functions independently or in collaboration with validation engineers.

• Validate ADAS features to ensure they meet European customer expectations and market requirements.

• Analyze test results and manage issues based on European market needs and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with development teams and suppliers to resolve technical issues.

• Support homologation activities and Euro NCAP validation together with project teams and external testing partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), including vehicle testing in the European market.

• Hands-on experience working with Level 2 (L2) ADAS functionalities is highly preferred.

• Valid Swedish Driving License (Mandatory).

• Strong understanding of ADAS behavior in complete vehicles from a European customer perspective.

• Experience with CANalyzer, CANoe, and SystemWeaver.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
