Aurora Engineering AB is looking for an experienced Senior Test Lead / Test Manager to join an exciting project focused on the development and continuous improvement of modern mobile applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about quality assurance, mobile technologies, and agile software development.

Please note: At least 3 days/week on site in Norrköping. Travel to Stockholm may occur. Security clearance with background check required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute manual and automated testing activities for mobile applications.

• Analyze business requirements and create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

• Perform functional, integration, performance, and security testing.

• Validate solutions in production-like environments.

• Report, track, and verify defects through to resolution.

• Support testing activities within CI/CD pipelines for mobile platforms.

• Collaborate closely with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software testing and test management.

• At least 1 year of experience testing mobile applications.

• Experience testing integrations between mobile applications, APIs, and backend services.

• Hands-on experience with performance and load testing.

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish (spoken and written).

• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.

• Knowledge of gRPC and testing real-time communication.

• Experience working in security-classified or highly regulated environments.

• Experience working in Agile development teams.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile application delivery.
