AI Engineer – Design AI Solutions (Automotive)
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to develop, operate, and optimize AI-powered solutions that support automotive design workflows. In this role, you will work with cutting-edge generative AI technologies to create photorealistic images, synthetic datasets, and 3D AI solutions that accelerate design innovation.
You will collaborate closely with designers, AI researchers, and software engineers to build scalable AI pipelines, automate rendering processes, and develop high-quality datasets for next-generation automotive applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain AI solutions supporting automotive design workflows.
Build and optimize image generation pipelines using modern generative AI technologies.
Fine-tune foundation models using LoRA and other parameter-efficient training techniques.
Develop and maintain synthetic data generation pipelines for automotive applications.
Collect, prepare, clean, and organize large-scale 2D and 3D datasets.
Build automation workflows for rendering, image generation, and dataset creation.
Develop scalable Python applications for AI model training and deployment.
Optimize rendering performance using multiprocessing and workflow automation.
Collaborate with designers and AI researchers to improve model quality and visual realism.
Evaluate, benchmark, and continuously improve AI models and data quality.
Ensure datasets are well-structured, version-controlled, and suitable for collaborative development.
Deliver high-quality solutions within fast-paced, research-driven project environments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience with Blender for 3D asset creation and rendering.
Experience using image generation frameworks such as:
Flux
Krea
Qwen Image
Z-Image
ComfyUI
Practical experience with LoRA training and fine-tuning diffusion/image generation models.
Experience preparing and managing large-scale 3D datasets.
Experience with synthetic data generation for AI training.
Strong understanding of 3D generative AI models.
Experience developing automation pipelines for rendering and dataset generation.
Knowledge of multiprocessing techniques for high-performance data processing.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills in English.
