About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Full-Stack Developer with a strong frontend focus and solid AWS expertise to join a high-performing digital product team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining modern cloud-native applications that deliver outstanding user experiences.

Your primary focus will be React and TypeScript development, while also contributing to backend services, APIs, and serverless cloud solutions on AWS. Working closely with UX designers, architects, Product Owners, and fellow engineers, you will help deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality applications from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications with a primary focus on React and TypeScript.

• Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using AWS cloud services and serverless architectures.

• Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, and cloud-native application development.

• Continuously improve application quality, performance, scalability, security, reliability, and cost efficiency.

• Implement modern frontend architectures and state management solutions.

• Build and maintain microservices and asynchronous distributed systems.

• Collaborate closely with UX designers, Product Owners, architects, QA engineers, and development teams throughout the software lifecycle.

• Develop automated tests and ensure high code quality through continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decision-making.

• Support production environments by monitoring application health and resolving technical issues.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript/JavaScript.

• Experience building modern frontend applications with state management libraries.

• Solid experience with AWS and cloud-native application development.

• Experience developing serverless architectures and cloud services.

• Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Good understanding of asynchronous programming and distributed systems.

• Experience building and maintaining microservices architectures.

• Experience with specification-driven software development.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as:

  • Jest

  • Cypress

  • JUnit

  • Mockito

• Experience working in Agile software development environments.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing mobile, connected, or IoT applications.

• Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with monitoring, observability, and cloud security best practices.

• Familiarity with modern frontend performance optimization techniques.

• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.
