Senior Data Analyst – Manufacturing Data & Analytics (Eskilstuna , Sweden)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join a growing manufacturing data team supporting digital products and data-driven initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with hands-on engineering experience to build scalable data solutions that enable smarter business decisions.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and cross-functional Agile teams to transform complex business requirements into robust analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex business data and provide actionable insights.
Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and analytical datasets.
Perform advanced SQL development for data extraction, transformation, and performance optimization.
Build and maintain data models that support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence.
Develop data solutions using Python and Databricks for large-scale data processing.
Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, and governance.
Translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Manage multiple workstreams while adapting to changing business priorities.
Utilize Git-based version control and DevOps practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in SQL for advanced querying, optimization, and data transformation.
Hands-on experience with Python for data engineering and analytics.
Proven experience using Databricks and large-scale data processing platforms.
Solid understanding of data modeling and analytical data architecture.
Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or digital product environments.
Knowledge of modern data engineering best practices and scalable analytics platforms.
Experience working with cross-functional international teams.
