We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner – Planning & Forecasting to take ownership of the roadmap, prioritisation and development of platforms supporting forecasting, business performance management, project planning and project follow-up.

The role combines product ownership, business process development and technical decision-making to create more standardised, data-driven planning and performance management across the organisation.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand operational needs, improve processes and develop the supporting platforms and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for planning, forecasting and performance management platforms.

• Prioritise development initiatives based on business needs, value and strategic objectives.

• Improve processes for planning, forecasting, project management and performance follow-up.

• Translate business requirements into system and platform improvements.

• Drive technical decisions related to system architecture, integrations and platform development.

• Ensure planning and follow-up processes are supported by reliable and relevant data.

• Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT, data teams and other technical functions.

• Drive changes to both system support and business processes/ways of working.

• Establish standardised and data-driven approaches to planning and performance management.

• Manage roadmap and backlog from business requirements through implementation.

• Build alignment across different functions and stakeholder groups.

• Continuously identify opportunities for automation, improved transparency and more effective decision-making.

Required Experience

• Experience working with planning, forecasting, project management or business performance management systems.

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, Platform Owner or equivalent.

• Good understanding of business management, operational processes and performance follow-up.

• Strong technical understanding of system architecture, integrations and platforms.

• Demonstrated experience driving change across both systems and business processes.

• Strong prioritisation skills and experience creating alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.

• Ability to connect business requirements, data needs and technical platform development.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with forecasting and planning platforms in large organisations or project-intensive environments.

• Experience with EPM, CPM, FP&A, project management or modern planning solutions.

• Experience with automation and data-driven management.

• Experience integrating planning platforms with ERP systems or data platforms.

• Experience from the real estate sector or other project-intensive industries.
