We are looking for a driven and engaged Import & Customs Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for specific import flows, customs handling, and transportation-related activities in an international and dynamic environment.

You will act as a key link between suppliers, transport agents, customs authorities, project management, purchasing, and internal logistics. The role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate import flows and transportation arrangements

• Handle transport sourcing, procurement, and booking

• Maintain contact with suppliers and transport agents

• Monitor deliveries and ensure timely transportation

• Prepare and manage import customs declarations

• Review and process freight and forwarding invoices

• Handle transportation claims and discrepancies

• Coordinate with project management, purchasing, and internal logistics teams

• Support the development and digitalization of transport and customs processes

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, quality, and service

• Contribute to sustainable and effective transportation solutions

Requirements

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or several years of relevant experience in import/export and customs

• Experience with international transportation and customs processes

• Experience with international transportation agreements is an advantage

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Experience with SAP is an advantage

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Solution-oriented, flexible, and able to work effectively under pressure

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Strong customer-service mindset combined with cost awareness
