Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform Developer
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform Developer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain intelligent business solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
The role combines hands-on development with solution design, integration, business process understanding, security, governance, and long-term platform management. You will work closely with business stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and integrate Microsoft Copilot Studio Agents.
Create topics, conversation flows, triggers, actions, and agent logic.
Connect agents to knowledge sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, and other business data sources.
Implement Generative AI and RAG solutions where appropriate.
Test, optimize, and continuously improve agent response quality and user experience.
Develop Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Power Apps.
Build and optimize advanced Power Automate workflows.
Design Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
Use Power Fx for business logic, validation, and user interactions.
Develop reusable components, templates, and solution patterns.
Integration & Architecture
Integrate solutions using REST APIs, custom connectors, standard connectors, and Microsoft Graph.
Integrate with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, and Azure AI Services where required.
Implement Application Lifecycle Management using Power Platform solutions, environments, pipelines, Git, and/or Azure DevOps.
Document solution architecture, integrations, data flows, and operating models.
Provide technical guidance on scalability, platform boundaries, and make-or-buy decisions.
Governance, Security & Operations
Implement and follow Power Platform and Copilot governance requirements.
Work with Microsoft Entra ID, roles, permissions, DLP policies, data protection, and audit requirements.
Monitor usage, performance, errors, and platform costs.
Support incident, change, and release processes.
Ensure solutions are secure, documented, reusable, and maintainable.
Required Skills & Experience
3–7+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
1–2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable conversational AI/agent solutions.
Proven experience delivering production-ready enterprise solutions, beyond prototypes or PoCs.
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Power Apps
Power Automate
Dataverse
Power Fx
Microsoft Copilot Studio
Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and API integrations.
Understanding of Azure AI Services, Generative AI, RAG, and modern automation architectures.
Experience with enterprise governance, security, compliance, and ALM.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills and fluent English, both written and spoken.
