We are looking for an experienced Integration Manager who can bridge the gap between business, customers, and technology.

In this role, you will take ownership of customer integrations from initial requirements through implementation and successful go-live. You will work closely with customers, system partners, IT, product teams, and business stakeholders to build stable, efficient, and future-proof digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and support integrations together with customers and external system partners
• Drive integration projects from requirements through implementation and go-live
• Ensure efficient, automated, scalable, and reliable digital data flows
• Monitor implemented solutions and manage necessary improvements or adjustments
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive development and change initiatives
• Analyze and resolve recurring integration and data-quality issues
• Act as a technical advisor to customer teams, product teams, IT, and business stakeholders
• Document integration solutions and maintain relevant technical documentation
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding technical solutions, processes, and customer requirements

Required Experience:

• Several years of experience working with integrations at the intersection of business, technology, and customers
• Relevant higher education within IT, Computer Science, Systems Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
• Proven experience leading or managing integration and change initiatives involving customers and system partners
• Experience within retail and/or logistics
• Strong understanding of modern integration technologies and methods, including: API | REST | EDI | File Transfers | Automated Data Flows

• Strong stakeholder and customer communication skills
• Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
