Assignment Description

We are looking for a customer-oriented Integration Developer / Integration Engineer who will support customer projects and be responsible for configuring and implementing integrations within the integration platform.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and customer teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into sustainable integration solutions aligned with best practices.

This is not an architect role and not a pure development role. The focus is on communication, configuration, and integration work. However, strong Java skills are required to effectively utilize and adapt existing reusable components.

Required Skills (Mandatory)

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with API Management and/or Apache Kafka

• 3–5 years of experience with Java

• Experience with PostgreSQL

• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

• Strong understanding of Kubernetes

• Experience with GitHub Actions

• Experience with Ansible Tower

• Experience working in Linux and/or WSL environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with customer teams

• Professional consulting mindset with a customer-focused approach

Highly Desirable

• Experience working within an integration department or with integration platforms

• Azure-based cloud solutions

• Experience facilitating customer workshops and stakeholder discussions

• Splunk

• Fluent Bit

• Helm Charts

• Previous consulting experience
