We are looking for a highly analytical, structured, and proactive Production Controller to join a Planning organization within a large-scale automotive manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between production data, planning, and manufacturing execution. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor, analyze, and optimize production schedules to improve operational efficiency and secure on-time delivery to customers.

The position requires a strong combination of production planning, data analytics, manufacturing knowledge, and digital tools, particularly Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective production control and planning processes to support continuous on-time delivery.

• Monitor daily manufacturing output and production performance against planned targets.

• Identify production variances, capacity constraints, risks, and potential bottlenecks.

• Follow up production schedules and support adjustments based on actual manufacturing performance.

• Align production capacity with customer demand and delivery requirements.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex production and planning data.

• Develop data-driven insights supporting strategic and operational decision-making.

• Identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for production and planning improvements.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for production KPIs and operational performance.

• Use advanced Microsoft Excel for production analysis, planning, and reporting.

• Utilize Power Automate to automate reporting, workflows, and repetitive planning activities.

• Work with internal production and planning systems and collaborate closely with Production Engineers.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production Engineering, Logistics, Assembly, Sales, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.

• Clearly communicate production deviations, delivery risks, and recommended actions to relevant stakeholders.

• Support continuous improvement and increased efficiency across manufacturing and planning operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant experience in Production Control, Production Planning, Manufacturing Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics Planning, or a related area.

• Previous experience within automotive, heavy vehicle, heavy equipment, or large-scale manufacturing.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, capacity planning, and operational execution.

• Advanced experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and KPI reporting.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting, and planning.

• Hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow/process automation.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.

• Experience monitoring production performance, identifying deviations, and supporting corrective actions.

• Experience with production and planning systems.

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
