We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer who enjoys solving complex problems collaboratively and building high-quality, maintainable digital solutions.

You will join a collaborative development team responsible for systems used daily in business-critical operations. The work includes both new development and continuous improvement of existing solutions.

The primary focus is frontend development, while the team also works with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), deployment, and cloud environments. Over time, there will be opportunities to contribute to backend development and take broader end-to-end product responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain modern frontend applications.

• Develop scalable solutions using TypeScript, React, Redux, and CSS.

• Write and maintain automated frontend tests.

• Participate in pair programming, mob programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.

• Contribute to technical solution design and continuous improvement.

• Work with Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.

• Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, deployment, cloud, and Infrastructure as Code activities.

• Develop and consume REST APIs.

• Ensure applications meet modern web accessibility/WCAG requirements.

• Take ownership of technical quality and drive development activities forward.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant software/frontend development experience.

• Very strong hands-on experience with:

  • TypeScript

  • React

  • Redux

  • CSS

• Experience developing and maintaining automated tests, preferably using:

  • Vitest

  • React Testing Library

  • Playwright

• Strong experience with Git, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Strong experience collaborating across multiple teams and with business stakeholders.

• Comfortable with pair/mob programming and collaborative development.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.

Additional / Meritorious Skills

• Basic knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.

• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.

• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, deployments, and cloud environments.

• Experience implementing web accessibility according to WCAG 2.2.

• Interest in expanding toward backend/full-stack development.
