We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support two well-established Scrum teams within a B2B-focused IT environment. The role will focus on enabling effective Agile delivery, coaching teams toward self-organization, and supporting continuous improvement across complex IT and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.

• Coach Scrum teams toward self-organization, ownership, and continuous improvement.

• Remove impediments and proactively address blockers affecting team delivery.

• Support teams in maintaining focus and avoiding scope creep during sprints.

• Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, and capacity planning.

• Facilitate scope and change management within sprint cycles.

• Conduct team health checks and follow up on delivery performance.

• Promote effective collaboration between development, engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

• Support continuous improvement of Agile processes, ways of working, and team performance.

• Work with DevOps and engineering teams using modern software development and delivery practices.

• Help translate business and product objectives into clear technical and delivery outcomes.

• Navigate complex organizational structures, IT processes, and business dependencies.

• Contribute to IT project management activities when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role.

• Strong experience coaching Agile teams and facilitating continuous improvement.

• Proven ability to remove impediments and manage delivery risks.

• Experience supporting Product Owners with backlog and capacity management.

• Experience managing scope and change within Agile delivery environments.

• Experience conducting team health checks and delivery follow-ups.

• Experience working with DevOps and software engineering teams.

• Strong understanding of modern software development and delivery practices.

• Good understanding of how business and product objectives translate into technical solutions.

• Experience working in large and complex IT organizations.

• Experience navigating complex IT and business processes.

• Previous hands-on software development experience in an Agile environment is an advantage.

• Experience in IT project management is beneficial.

Education

• University degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant field.

• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
