We are looking for an experienced Project Assurance Manager to support complex technical product-development projects within the automotive/transportation industry.

In this role, you will drive project planning, quality assurance, risk management and cross-functional alignment to ensure predictable and successful project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
• Secure and coordinate project gates, milestones and key deliverables
• Follow up project progress, timelines and dependencies
• Identify deviations and drive corrective actions
• Organize internal project audits and readiness reviews
• Create and maintain main project time plans and alternative scenarios
• Coordinate plans and integration points across related projects
• Lead project risk management activities and lessons learned
• Present project status and decision material to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, purchasing, production, quality and other functions

Required Experience
• University degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management/product development
• Strong experience in project planning, milestones, project gates and progress follow-up
• Experience with risk and deviation management
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and/or Lean
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders

Experience from automotive, commercial vehicles or other complex engineering/product-development environments is highly valuable.
